About !Quierras Mas!
!Quierras Mas! Was born out of a deep and passionate love for good food. For several years, I would make my own salsa and relish using vegetables from my garden. What was meant to be something for personal pleasure went skyward when family, friends and neighbors started trying what I made. Before long several of them convinced me to enter the State Fair of Texas – Tex-Mex context. Well I did, and the rest is history. The first year was a disappointment. There wasn’t a win but I started studying what the other contestants were doing and before long I had a full blown case of the food bug. So now, several years later with best of show, 1st, 2nd and 3rd place ribbons on the wall backed up a cookbook, here we are.
This passion for perfect food has led to !Quierras Mas! – Mexican Relish, a sausage business and a catering business. So stay tuned because we have some other products in the development stage just waiting to tantalize your taste buds.
